Squeeze Me, Press Me, Make Me Wine

Relax get through it everything will be ok.. I have a whole lotta nothing today so I am just going to ramble.. Saw this great bumper sticker today "Squeeze Me, Press Me, Make Me Wine" I was so interested to see what hot chick would have that sticker on her car that I quickly accelerated to take a look.. To my horror it was a large effeminate man in a beret.. Ish.. Moving On. I am having no luck getting rid of this sinus infection I now taste blood most of the day and my teeth ache maybe that is why I am so angry bitter.. Ok.. I need to generate some good karma so I will try and be positive some.
Weight
I broke no rules yesterday.. I was sick most of the afternoon but I didn't binge my fever or overeat my cold both seem to have worked for me in the past.. Just a note regular people don't enough I am hungry most of the time.. All that being said the scale was kind to me 260.5. I understand the fat black guy that one American idol is down 50 lbs from 450 wow that dude is big.. Do you ever wonder how much you would have to eat to tip the 3 bill or 4 bill mark… I guy can dream can't he.. I am hungry even though I am eating a healthy bowl of oatmeal in the morning.. I hope my stomach shrinks so the pain will stop it should be filled with blood and sinus drainage today which should.. Anyway it feels good to have some control over myself..

Twolves
Not sure what to think of a team that had these quotes this early in the season.. Triple Double wanna be "I had a sore groin so I was not able to play defense last year." Not sure if he is aware of it but your groin is not attached to your effort. Tdud "I hope this year I am able to practice left" Well that should inspire the troops. MasterB missing his plane back to MPS since he had to deal with some personal problems back in Houston (Apparently the flight did offer in flight porn like his SUV so he opted out of the flight. Casey said that he is going to focus on defense at this camp.. I was hoping they would work on getting taller so one of their eight guards could grown into a power forward..

Twins
Twins win today 5-2.. Boof is on the loose.. Cuddy will hit 1 dinger. Mauer will get two hits. And Rondel White will make a great catch in left ok lets not get carried away.. The twins will be tight today I just hope they can get to Loiza early and get the tension out ..

Sick and Tired
Less heavy

I agree - Twins win. I say 6-4.

I am no expert, but don't let yourself get over hungry. That is when you will get off your plan. Eat healthy snacks throughout the day. You actually burn calories (some) while you eat.

D,

How does one tip the 3 bill?

1. Mt. Dew
2. Pizza
3. Pasta
4. Candy
5. Diet anything
6. Any fast/restaurant food
7. Huge portions
8. Lack of exercise
9. (this is the klinker)....all the chemical crap the food companies put into the above, top six categories that make us addicted to food).

All over the world where we export our crap, people are getting huge. In those countries where our food exports are limited, or where economics or cultural limitations rein-in american crap food consumption, people are reasonably lean and healthy.

Prediction...in the next several years, as our national health situation continues to deteriorate, people will get wise to what the food companies are doing to food to make it so addictive, and the eventual outcry will make the tobacco cases in play now look like a walk in the park.

January 1, 2006...I weighed 371.5 pounds. I went on a diet where I drank no pop, regular or diet. I ate no refined sugars at all. I ate no processed foods. I ate just certified organic stuff, oatmeal with flax in the morning, with organic milk and a little bit of honey. I ate mostly my wife's minestrone soup made from organic stock and washed cooked meat. I had occasionally some steak or grilled stuff, but a lot of salad with organic dressings, organic brown rice, no-carb pasta (shiritake), and lots and lots of organic spices. I drank filtered water only. I managed my caloric intake by using the online weightwatchers point system, and found I..."I"...had more food available in a day than I could actually eat. I went on my treadmill for 25 minutes once, sometimes twice perday to get some points back.

Result:

By easter I was 319...no shit...319. Got a new job on April 28, 2006, stopped doing my diet and exercise regimine, and now...355 again!

It's in the shit we put in our bodies. You should eat healthy and moderately, with moderate exercise, and you WILL lose the weight, be much healthier, and feel a ton better.

If you want to do my thing with me let me know...My wife and I were hoping to be a lot thinner for our cruise...she lost a ton, and right around Easter, went off like I did. She is now within 5 pounds of her January 1, 2006 weight as well. You know my email if you want to do it. I'd be happy to post my stuff on your blog as well.

Bottom line though...get rid of the diet pop, and do some moderate exercise every day for at least 20 minutes.

Either way, I'm starting again Monday.

Peace,

JLO

Exercise (walking is great). Eat smaller portions.

Drink as much water as possible. You should feel like you need to pee constantly.

Back-to-back homers for Cuddy & Morneau, tied at 2.
