21 Days Down

It is just one of the days where I am not sure how much longer I can get up and go to work 5 days a week.  To help quiet this storm i checked my retirement funds and see what I am going to need to get my kids through college and allow suz and I to heat the house in the winter.  So right now if I get a 30% raise every year for the next 10 years I should be able to retire at 103 years. So I have that to look forward to.

My mom went home today which couldn't be better news.

I have stuck to my program for 21 days I have not missed a single workout and I have stuck to the simple change in eating habits.  No one has noticed any change physically but my pants don't hurt an I have gone a few holes down in my belt.  I know this is crazy but I look forward to yoga and pilates workouts as I have so many issues with just being able to bend and I feel like this actually makes me it worth it to pick a dollar up from the floor so that my kids can spend it for me.

The good part is this was very very simple for me to do and I was able to do this without must changing at all except.  I don't eat anything that is not good for me it is pretty simple and when I do eat anything I limit the total volume by about 1/2 or more.

Do i like asking for my coffee with Almond milk ? Ah no but i have grow to enjoy it.

I feel great I still drink plenty of wine and cocktails i just don't have chips.

I can give you all the details but numbers don't lie here is my fitbit dashboard resting heart rate for the month.

During the workouts i feel like my heart is going to jump out of my throat but I as the heart is a muscle i guess it get's better fast.

I am going to try this for another 21 then go for another more advanced workout if that goes well.. This is a long process

Heavy Out.

Shirt Tuckin at work is still at 545 a day.
