I feel great other than days like today when it hurts to bend anywhere but hey it was a tough workout and I am still morbidly obese. Interesting (boring) thing i have a fitbit with heart rate monitor. I choose this model because it was the only model that had an XL option as my fat swollen joints needed the spare room. Well anyway after I stopped drinking diet coke and beer in Januaryish i immediately had to move down two full holes in the band. Now I am on the last band and honestly it is probably too big for me. Anyway back to the heart rate monitor when I started wearing it my resting heart rate was insanely high like in the high 90's (hamster heart, Old Man, Fat,Job, Type AA) I was not sure why it was so alarmingly high other than I though that was my normal. But anyway I have been walking etc trying to do better this spring and i got it down to resting rate of 81-82 which I thought was amazing for me. But I just checked now a couple weeks into this and my resting heart rate is 68 that to me is impressive given how quickly it happened and how huge I still am.
My youngest turned 15 today damn it is just damn it is just damn where does the fnn time go. Anyway fall is around the corner in more ways than one. I am trying to put together a bucketlist of sorts as i try to figure out how to squeeze out the last bit of life here. Is that something I should share?
