Wow when I started this deal I just thought about it one day at a time. Well it has been 112 days and I have not missed a workout every morning. I have stayed with a very maintainable eating routine and I can honestly say this is the best I have felt since I became a parent. I believe was the last time I actually did anything consistently to build muscle on my body other than lifting my humongous ass around all day. I wish I was 20 lbs lighter than I am right now but it is very slow on losing weight but truly I feel like I am reducing fat from toes to my ears. Not kidding on that like even my hips and kankles are shrinking and my neck.. It is gross to look at but it is shrinking. I have no goal to look normal when I go to the pool or anything as those days passed decades ago I just want to be able to look less than morbidly obese which I currently still am after 112 days.

I want to see the Accountant 4 out 5 much better than I thought nothing new just well done.
