Feeling great but still having stomach cramping although not as severe.  I could not do this thing without the shakes that must be laden with cocaine or some antidepressant.   Planking and all that stuff is insane I hope my wife and kids don't find me lying in the fettle position in the basement weeping as my entire body trembles and shakes just try to hoist it up and hold it.  I continue to try to do the "athlete" like planks and workouts but am usually end up doing the workout designed for a women in her late 60's.

Terry Ryan gone odd timing but good timing if they are able to get the best candidate available.  I saw this quote and it is right the twins organization best attributes are loyalty and continuity the twins worst attributes are loyalty and continuity.  The twins have failed to make quality free agent signings and have not produced enough super stars in the draft.  I liked Terry but maybe a fresh set of eyes will help.

Tuesday I go back to my hometown as one of my high school friends lost his mom.  It is an odd bond the all of us that will show up.  We don't do reunions or get together as a group that I am aware of but we all still care about each other.  I am hoping the conversations go beyond wow your bald and I did'n't recognize you with 100 extra lbs. It will give my an excuse to see my mom who is recovering at the nursing home as well and take a few hours off work.

I was walking by my son doing his grad party thank you's and noticed he is signing everyone with go cocks and not explanation.  I am sure that will go over well but it annoys my wife which is always fun.
